My first Conversion ---> Progress

Hello to all!
I`m trying to convert a F5000 car, from rFactor to GTR Evolution.
I have converted all the files with 3dsimed, and rename the intances and files.... but does not know where I'm failing.
Can you help me to find the error/s ? :pale:
